– Which of your spiritual challenges may be caused by a lack of self-love; even caused by self-hatred.
– How your japa might be negatively impacted by a lack of self-love.
– How your feelings that Krishna doesn’t care about you stem from a lack of self-love.
– How to develop a mentality that fosters the healthy self-care, self-compassion and self-love needed to nourish your Krishna consciousness.
– How self-care is foundational to caring for others.
