    Hare Krishna Maharaj.
    Please accept my humble obeisances.
    All glories to Srila Prabhupada.

Your content on forgiveness is truly amazing and enlightening Maharaj. Your seminars on forgiveness with the activities invoke us to think beyond our usual ideas of forgiveness.
I would like to have more clarification however on what forgiveness is not.
Will it be possible for you to explain elaborately what forgiveness is not as is talked about in this link, ” https://mahatmadas.com/forgiveness/what-forgiveness-is-and-is-not/ “.
If there is already any lecture or video explaining in details the same, a link of that too will suffice.

All glories to the team managing the website
    Thank you Maharaj
    Endeavouring to be your servant

Basically we can define forgiveness as being free from any anger, resentment, grudge, or other emotion caused by an event from the past, In other words, if a negative event from the past has a negative influence on you today to the point that it is making it impossible for you to fully go ahead in your life without something from the past derailing you in some way, you most likely have not forgiven.

Forgiving doesn’t necessarily mean you don’t feel hurt, or don’t recognize something wrong was done, it just means you don’t allow those feelings to control you.

It doesn’t mean you have to be close to a person you forgive: it doesn’t mean you condone their actions; it doesn’t mean you don’t bring them to justice if needed. It means, however, that your heart is not holding on to negativity connected with anger or hatred towards that person.

I have spoken more about this more here.
